Purchasing Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be a part of our B&F family. The successful candidate will need to have strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Constantly evaluate the sales histories of products sold

- based on sales; process orders with overseas factories for tile and stone, as well as domestic companies for installation materials, etc.

- as needed; ordering domestic product for special orders and backorders

- monitor inventory levels of office and warehouse supplies

- negotiate/maintain contracts, prices as needed on supplies/equipment

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree

-2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant

-Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Strong organizational skills
