Showroom Admin. Assistant
Candidate must be a team player, highly detailed and organized.
Essential Duties below but not limited to: Filing, mail and order processing. Seek new clients and support showroom walk in traffic. Work as part of a team and independently. Assist Sales Staff as needed. Take initiative to maintain product displays and supplies. Strong communication, organized and detail oriented.
Detailed training will be provided. Position advancement within the showroom. Will need to assist Showroom Staff, Customers, collaborate with Marketing Department and Warehouse as needed. This position is Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office
- Must be outgoing and hardworking with good people skills
- Assistant or Retail Experience
- Design Experience Preferred
