This month, we are proud to celebrate an incredible milestone — 20 years of dedication, loyalty, and hard work from our Executive Office Logistics Manager, Kari. Over the past two decades, Kari has become an essential part of the B&F Ceramics family, helping keep operations running smoothly while bringing positivity, professionalism, and commitment to everything she does.
Kari’s strong work ethic and dependable nature have made a lasting impact on our team. Whether handling the day-to-day logistics that keep our office organized or stepping in wherever needed, she consistently goes above and beyond. Her dedication over the years is a true reflection of the values we strive to uphold at B&F Ceramics.
When asked who inspires her, Kari shared that she admires “people who make a difference and inspire others.” That answer perfectly reflects the kind of person she is herself — someone whose positivity, reliability, and encouragement leave a lasting impression on those around her.
Kari is motivated by her dreams and goals, which is evident in the passion and perseverance she brings to her work every day. Her personal motto, “Stay strong and positive no matter the situation,” has undoubtedly helped guide her through both challenges and successes throughout her career. It’s a mindset that inspires those around her and contributes to the supportive environment we value so much as a company.
Outside of work, Kari dreams of visiting the beautiful country of Ireland, a destination known for its rich history, scenic landscapes, and welcoming culture. And when it comes to sports, football is her favorite — a fitting choice for someone who understands the importance of teamwork, dedication, and determination.
