Job Description: We are searching for a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by processing orders, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Objectives of this Role:

Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and courteously, while also demonstrating proficiency in email communication.

Provide accurate and comprehensive answers to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.

Process orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform general office tasks and assist with projects as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.

Utilize available resources to conduct research and gather information necessary to address customer inquiries effectively.

Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries, including quotes, order status requests, complaints, and product returns.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous successful experience in a corporate environment.

Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of information.

Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Demonstrated customer service skills and a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Proficient in using computers and software applications.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree in a relevant field.

Prior experience in customer service roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.

Mon – Fri: 8:30am – 5:00pm (overtime as required for completion of job)
