Job Description: The Client Services Representative / Order Processor plays a critical role in managing client communications, processing orders, and supporting daily business operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support leadership with projects and operational initiatives as needed.
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and general office organization.
  • Research and resolve client issues by utilizing company resources and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Administrative Skills: At least 1 year of experience in data entry or order processing preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Work Style: Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Mon – Fri: 8:30am – 5:00pm
