We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Order Processer and Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, cultivating strong client relationships, and enhancing the company’s reputation through excellent customer service. You will also play a key role in accurately processing orders and providing general office support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Process customer orders in the company database system accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform general office administration tasks, including data entry and filing.
Assist with projects and provide support to ensure smooth office operations.
Utilize available resources to conduct research and gather relevant information.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving issues as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Proven positive work attendance record.
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a fast paced, customer service position.
Data entry experience a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including but not limited to professional phone and email etiquette .
Proficient in using computer systems and office software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience working in a corporate setting.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Possess skills necessary in adapting communication styles and needs for various customer types (etc., Active Listening, Empathy, Adaptability, Clear Communication, Patience, Problem-Solving Skills, Professionalism, Confidence, Emotional Regulation, and Cultural Sensitivity.)
1 year of experience working in a position that requires accurate data entry.
Preferred Qualifications:
College degree in a relevant field.
Experience in tile or similar industry.
Prior experience in customer service roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
