The Client Services Representative / Order Processor plays a critical role in managing client communications, processing orders, and supporting daily business operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and general office organization.
- Research and resolve client issues by utilizing company resources and collaborating with internal teams.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Support leadership with projects and operational initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Administrative Skills: At least 1 year of experience in data entry or order processing preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Work Style: Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
