At B&F, we take pride in the deep family roots that make our team so special. Over the years, we’ve been lucky to work alongside multiple generations, and today, we’re shining a spotlight on another one of our amazing families! Meet Pam, Rachel, and Jake—three incredible members of the B&F family.
Pam has been with us for over 7 years as our Vice President of Accounting, showing unwavering dedication and loyalty. Her daughter Rachel started with us part-time in high school, and after earning her Master’s degree from Radford in May, we were thrilled when she chose to come back full-time as our Executive Assistant to the President.
Jake, Rachel’s brother, has been helping out during his summer and holiday breaks for the past 3 years in our sample department, and his help never goes unnoticed. Even Pam’s husband, Danny, lends a hand when we need help installing wallpaper at the office!
